  • Registration is free for charities on Jumah Pay. We recoup our small cost by way of the service charge to clear donated amount + Gift-Aid for charities if applicable. We collect a standard fee of 5% plus charity admin fees of 2.9% This is how we apply the 5% fee rule. You donate £10.00, we would charge 5% + charity admin fee. We then increase your donation by further 25% and reclaim Gift-Aid on your behalf if applicable, it takes a month we then deduct our 5% fee and send that down every month. We put most of our resources back into creating, a stronger and innovative product for you to use with new features.

  • Just follow the online registration process. It takes between 24 - 48 hours to activate your charity once you have filled in the forms and returned to us copies of verification of charity and bank details these must be original documents and within 3 months age.

  • Gift Aid is an income tax relief designed to benefit charities and Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASC). If you’re a UK taxpayer, Gift Aid increases the value of your charity donations by 25% because the charity can reclaim the basic rate of tax on your gift at no extra costs to you.

  • Simply download the app. Search for a cause locally or nationally and donate. You can keep track of donations using the App.
